## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience working as a Product Manager or in a related role, including 3–5+ years of substantial ads or marketing measurement experience
- Strong evidence of the ability to define new products and strategies in an ambiguous space and execute from ideation and multi-quarter roadmaps through go-to-market and adoption
- Deep understanding of identity and first-person data, how advertisers establish objectives and deploy tactics, and how they evaluate outcomes across awareness, consideration, intent, conversion, and long-term value
- Experience working with engineering, data science, analytics, research, or PMM cross-functional teams and a strong ability to empathize with, anticipate the needs of, and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Strong quantitative judgment and understanding of attribution, incrementality, experimentation, brand lift, conversion lift, and measurement tradeoffs
- Deep understanding of business metrics and tradeoffs in the context of online platforms or multi-sided ecosystems
