## What they're looking for

- 10+ years in product management or technical leadership, with a record of building and launching content, catalog, or commerce-supply platforms and infrastructure at scale, not solely consumer features
- Direct experience owning one or more of: content/catalog acquisition and onboarding, data enrichment and freshness pipelines, search or shopping indexing, or low-latency retrieval/serving systems
- Track record of improving data quality, freshness, or relevance metrics across a large, multi-stage pipeline
- Strong technical judgment, able to go deep with engineers on tradeoffs across ingestion, indexing, and serving architecture
- Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams and systems
- Analytical and strategic mindset, comfortable making high-accountability decisions and defining metrics that prove impact
