## About the role

Manage production for paid marketing campaigns, coordinating asset creation, timelines, and approvals across creative and marketing stakeholders Support partner and customer marketing projects, producing creative deliverables that meet both brand standards and partner/customer requirements

## What they're looking for

- 3-5 years of experience in creative production, project coordination, or production management, agency or in-house, across marketing/brand campaigns
- Experience producing across multiple creative formats (paid media, event/experiential, digital, print, or similar)
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and comfort managing several concurrent projects with different stakeholders and timelines
- Clear, proactive communicator who can coordinate across creative, marketing, and external vendors without dropping details
- Working familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Linear, Monday.com , Asana, or similar) and comfort ramping into new ones
- Comfortable executing against plans and priorities, while exercising independent judgment on day-to-day production decisions
