## About the role

We're looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to own the design and execution of joint marketing programs with Plaid's partners. This role is responsible for translating business objectives into clear GTM plans — covering propositions, launches, campaigns, enablement, and performance measurement — and acting as the primary marketing contact for strategic partners across key segments, including AI, Enterprise, and Creditprimary marketing contact for partners across key product areas.

## What they're looking for

- 6–8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including roles focused on partner or channel marketing
- Proven ability to influence partner marketing leadership teams and align on joint objectives and priorities
- Experience shaping joint messaging with partners and translating product positioning into partner-ready content
- Demonstrated ability to measure and improve ROI of marketing investments through an indirect/partner business model
- Deep understanding of the partner channel funnel, sales cycle, and product lifecycle
- Strong cross-functional skills with the ability to align stakeholders across partnerships, product marketing, product, and communications
