## About the role

Monitor and analyze new or changing laws, regulations, supervisory guidance, enforcement activity, and industry developments - and translate them into concise and practical guidance. Answer questions about regulatory compliance for Product, Governance, People, and other cross functional teams.

## What they're looking for

- J.D. or equivalent law degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar, in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction
- 5+ years of legal experience providing solutions-oriented advice in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department
- Strong knowledge of U.S. financial-services, consumer-protection, privacy, and AI / ADMT regulations
- Experience with GLBA, FCRA, UDAAP, PIPEDA, GDPR, state privacy laws, and related regulatory frameworks
- Experience monitoring and interpreting statutes, regulations, supervisory guidance, enforcement actions, and regulatory trends and providing actionable guidance to business partners
- Familiarity with regulatory-change management, compliance-program design, policy governance, risk assessments, control implementation, and evidence of compliance
