## About the role

Define and own Plaid's strategy and roadmap for data-supply traffic, health, and cost efficiency. Build and prioritize traffic-optimization initiatives , including opportunities created by evolving machine-learning models and strategic concessions negotiated with providers.

- 8+ years of experience , including 5+ in product management or equivalent founder/operator roles
- Analytical rigor: You are comfortable working directly with data, cost models, and operational metrics to make and defend complex decisions
