## About the role

While you would be required to take part in our on-call rotation for a few hours a week, this isn't just a break/fix IT position, it's a chance to build, improve and own systems that a thousand-person company depends on. If you care about doing IT the right way, infrastructure as code, automation-first, and are very security-minded, this team is actively building that culture and we need someone with existing experience in this area to help us move even faster.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience supporting a large fleet of macOS devices
- mobile device management for Apple devices (Iru, Intune, Workspace One etc.)
- configuration as code (ex: terraform)
- Advanced usage of bash/python or other languages
- leveraging Claude Code, Codex or other tools to improve the quality and efficiency of the solutions you are building
- Experience managing, but also defining and leading the business with the proper use of critical central business systems
