## About the role

Reporting to the Sr. Partner & Customer marketing manager, this individual will serve as our lead content strategist and storyteller, dedicated to uncovering, shaping, and sharing the success stories of our customers and partners. You will sit at the intersection of customer marketing, partner marketing, and content strategy, turning technical use cases into compelling narratives.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, Content Marketing, and/or Brand/Video Production Management
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Experience managing video production workflows (scripting, interviewing, and directing production) alongside traditional written and webinar content creation
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple content workstreams, manage external vendors, and drive deliverables with stakeholders inside and outside the organization
- Great written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating complex, technical use cases into human-centric, value-driven stories
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build trust easily with high-profile global customers and partners
