## About the role

Plug and Play is seeking a detail-oriented Fund Operations Manager to manage the financial back-office for our U.S. venture capital funds. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day back-office financial operations, ensure seamless execution of fund workflows (capital calls, distributions, and valuations), and maintain rigorous oversight over third-party accounting and reporting deliverables for our US venture funds.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 3–6 years in venture capital/private equity fund accounting, fund administration, or Big 4 financial services audit
- US Market Knowledge: Familiarity with US VC fund structures (LP/GP models, capital calls, waterfalls, K-1 tax workflows)
- Languages: Business fluency in English is required (verbal and written) as primary communications are with US vendors and management
- Skills: High proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and fund administration software
- Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, comfort with remote management, and the ability to operate independently
