## About the role

You'll report to the Director of Business Operations and be the go-to person for turning data into decisions. You'll build and maintain the dashboards and models that track how the business is performing, prepare the analysis and slides that go in front of leadership, and use AI tools - including building your own lightweight agents and automations over time - to enhance your workflow and support broader AI adoption across the organization.

## What they're looking for

- 2-3 years of experience in business operations, data analytics, strategy & ops, or a similarly analytical role (marketplace or automotive experience a plus, not required)
- Hands-on comfort building dashboards in a BI tool (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Curiosity and hands-on comfort with AI tools for analysis and workflow automation
- Strong slide-building and communication skills — you can turn a messy dataset into something a VP can read in ten seconds
- Business acumen: you understand why a metric matters to the business, not just how to compute it
- Build the analytical backbone of a company at the center of the EV transition
