## About the role

We're looking for a Business Operations Manager to be a force multiplier for our BizOps Director: someone who can pick up an ambiguous, cross-functional problem, build the trust to walk into another team's operation, and drive it to a real fix using data-driven decision making. You'll own cross-functional projects end-to-end - scoping them, driving implementation, and measuring success. You'll partner directly with functional leaders (Sales, Dealer Success, Ops) to diagnose operational challenges and help fix them.

## What they're looking for

- 4-7 years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, consulting, or a high-growth startup operations role (marketplace or automotive experience a plus)
- A track record of owning ambiguous problems end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder management: you can walk into a team you don't manage, build credibility fast, and drive change without formal authority
- Comfortable with data (SQL a plus) and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication, a structured thinker who can bring clarity to a messy situation
- Bias toward action, low ego, thrives in zero-to-one ambiguity
