## About the role

Design and build our compliance infrastructure from the ground up : Develop a comprehensive Global Compliance Framework, corporate Code of Conduct, and all supporting policies; conduct baseline and recurring risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in new market entries and high-risk jurisdictions.

## What they're looking for

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
- Active bar membership required (any US state)
- Minimum 3 years of compliance experience, with demonstrated expertise in FCPA, OFAC, and IP law as it applies to software or technology
- Experience building compliance programs in a tech or software environment
- Proven ability to manage internal investigations and handle sensitive whistleblower disclosures
- Experience reviewing and negotiating software licensing agreements, developer/author agreements, and commercial contracts to ensure compliance with IP policies and applicable law
