## About the role

Plutus21 Partners is looking for a Value Creation Associate to join the value creation team in Morocco. The role takes ownership of client engagements from the early stages, establishing the structure, processes, and delivery standards required to run them, and then transitions them to supporting teams so the core team can move on to the next engagement.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in a professional services, consulting, or business operations environment
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with direct responsibility for client relationships or deliverables
- Experience setting up new projects or workstreams from the ground up, including defining processes where none previously existed
- Demonstrated ability to own several concurrent engagements or workstreams without close supervision
- Experience working directly with senior leadership or partners in a demanding, multi-priority environment is strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Working proficiency in French or Arabic is an advantage
