## About the role

You'll own features end-to-end, from the first design conversation to production, on a platform thousands of businesses rely on every day. You'll influence architecture, collaborate closely with product and design, and help keep our VoIP systems reliable as we scale. You'll also invest in the people around you: sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and raising the team's collective ceiling.

## What they're looking for

- Experience at a fast-moving startup or SaaS company
- Familiarity with distributed systems concepts: queues, event-driven architecture, horizontal scaling
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring, network diagnostics, and network analytics tools
- WebRTC experience: SDP negotiation, ICE/STUN/TURN, browser and mobile softphones
- Proficient in packet capture utilities and identifying application issues at the packet level
- Experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring
