## About the role

As a Technical Program Manager within Technical Services, you will be responsible for managing project scheduling, capacity planning, delivery governance, and go-live readiness for Data Migration initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Resource Management, customers, and technical delivery teams, you will ensure projects are prioritized, planned, and delivered on schedule while balancing organizational capacity and business objectives.

## What they're looking for

- Experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, delivery commitments, stakeholder communications, and competing priorities in a customer-facing environment
- Strong understanding of capacity planning, resource forecasting, workload management, and operational performance metrics
- Knowledge of Data Migration methodologies, ETL processes, data integration concepts, and systems design principles
- Experience using project and operational management platforms such as JIRA, Kimble, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar tools
- Experience working in production, SaaS, healthcare technology, or customer delivery environments
