## About the role

PointClickCare is looking for a Content Strategist to own and execute the strategy for our owned brand content channels, including our blog, podcast, web content, long and short form content, and agency partnership brand programs. This role sits within the Brand Marketing team and is accountable for the owned brand content strategy end to end: from planning through production and performance.

- Proven experience in content strategy with a strong executional track record: this role requires someone who builds the plan and delivers the work
- Hands-on experience managing owned channels such as blogs, podcasts, and web content, including editorial planning, writing, editing, and production
- Experience managing agency partners and external content programs
- Strong understanding of how brand content supports top of funnel demand and thought leadership, with the ability to translate PMM and GTM strategy into brand storytelling
- Ability to analyze content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable embedding with multiple teams and pods simultaneously
