## About the role

The Market Insights Manager is an individual contributor responsible for executing the market research and competitive intelligence that informs PointClickCare’s product, marketing, and go-to-market decisions. This role maintains continuous competitive monitoring, builds competitor profiles and market trend analyses, and produces the reports, dashboards, and presentation materials that carry findings to cross-functional partners and contribute to leadership readouts.

- 5 years hands-on experience within the market research industry, collecting and analyzing data, reporting and presenting findings within the healthcare industry
- Advanced analytical skills, including experience with statistical modeling and ability to integrate disparate data sources
