## About the role

The Strategic Finance Analytics Manager is a newly created role that builds and leads the financial modelling and analytics capability at the core of PointClickCare’s strategic finance function. The role delivers the models, tools, and decision support that enable leadership to drive profitability, optimize commercial strategy, and allocate resources with precision — with work that is highly visible to executive leadership, the Board, and investors.

## What they're looking for

- University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 5–7 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or quantitative/strategic finance in a SaaS or technology environment
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools (including LLMs and predictive modelling) to accelerate and modernize modelling and reporting workflows — a defining attribute of the role, not a nice-to-have
