## About the role

You'll own the demand engine end to end—from paid and lifecycle marketing to outbound orchestration and pipeline reporting. You'll report directly to the CRO with real latitude to decide what to run, what to kill, and where the next dollar goes, collaborating with colleagues across the globe as well as contractors and paid media agencies that you'll manage day to day.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in B2B growth or demand generation, bachelor's degree
- Hands-on experience building campaigns, pulling data, and shipping work yourself—this isn't a role that manages a team into results
- Comfort working technically and operationally in HubSpot, Salesforce, and ad platforms, with the ability to work with data directly, SQL or Snowflake experience is a real advantage
- A curious, fast working style—testing, reading data honestly, and changing course without being told to
- High work ethic and high ownership
