We are looking for a capable, self-directed data professional to join our North American client's team. Someone that can walk into a multi-system environment, make sense of what's there, clean it up, and build dashboards that give Sales, Finance, and Professional Services teams visibility they don't currently have. ## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI development, or a closely related role - senior enough to navigate multiple business functions without guidance
- Hands-on Power BI experience: building dashboards, data modeling, and connecting multiple data sources
- Solid Salesforce experience - including data cleanup, reporting, and understanding how CRM data flows into downstream systems
