## About the role

Execute and support core accounting processes across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, continuous audit readiness, financial integrity, and scalability in a complex global environment. Execute timely and accurate month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules, and intercompany reconciliations.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience under US GAAP, including exposure to complex accounting areas
- Experience with NetSuite and high-volume reconciliations in a production environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets
- Demonstrated daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in your accounting work, with concrete examples of where AI has compressed close cycles, improved reconciliation accuracy, or replaced manual review steps
- High learning velocity, you pick up new systems, standards, and tools quickly and rebuild your workflows around them
