## About the role

Polymarket's finance team is small, serious, and building the infrastructure to support a company operating at global scale. Reporting directly to the Controller, the Senior Accounting Manager will own the close process, lead technical accounting, and build the systems and controls that will carry us through the next phase of growth. This is not a maintenance role. You'll be stepping into a company that moves fast, trades in high volume, and operates at the intersection of crypto and traditional finance.

## What they're looking for

- Active CPA license required
- 8 to 10 or more years of progressive accounting experience, with direct exposure to both high-growth private companies and public company environments
- 3 or more years of Big 4 public accounting experience, strongly preferred
- Deep technical GAAP knowledge with demonstrated ability to research complex accounting topics, write clear memos, and explain conclusions to a non-accounting audience
- Experience leading a close process in a high-transaction-volume environment with a track record of hitting deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
