## About the role

Polymarket is looking for a Senior Data Scientist / Analyst, Growth to own full-funnel GTM analytics across the business. You'll be accountable for understanding how users find us, what turns them into traders, and what brings them back.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years in growth, marketing, or product analytics, with a track record of owning a business area end-to-end
- Expert SQL. You can go from raw event tables to a defensible answer without help
- Deep fluency in full-funnel GTM metrics including CAC, ROAS, payback, conversion rate, retention, LTV, and the judgment to know when each one is misleading
- Experience embedded with marketing and product teams as a partner in the work, not a downstream request queue
- Comfort with ambiguity. You can scope a vague question into a real analysis and defend the assumptions you made along the way
- Strong communication. You can take a complex analysis to a non-technical audience and land the recommendation
