## About the role

Polymarket is building a U.S. regulated exchange, and this hire sits at the center of that effort. The Senior Risk Analyst will help to shape the risk management function for the U.S. Exchange business, working directly with trading, product, legal, and operations to stand up governance infrastructure that actually works in a fast-moving environment. This isn't a role where you maintain an inherited playbook. You're building one.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit within financial services, specifically in capital markets
- Direct experience in front office or middle office capital markets trading, covering equities and/or equity derivatives. Trading compliance and risk management roles count
- Demonstrated experience implementing a risk management framework inside a regulated organization, not just working within one someone else built
- Track record of working alongside trading or front office business leaders to assess risk issues and propose practical solutions, not just document them
- Ability to drive decisions across product, legal, and operations teams without relying on formal authority. People listen to you because you know your stuff and communicate clearly
- Strong written communication skills. You can produce governance documents, policies, and risk committee materials that are clear, accurate, and credible
