## About the role

Polymarket's Growth team moves fast and runs lean. This role sits inside our affiliate program and owns the capper network end to end — a group of roughly 100 pick-focused sports creators who drive real depositor volume to the platform. The mandate is straightforward: grow the capper network and optimize it until it's consistently driving 10% of new depositors in any given week.

## What they're looking for

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing an influencer or affiliate program, including recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing partner management
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of relationships simultaneously without quality dropping
- Real familiarity with sports betting content, picks culture, and the online communities where this content lives — Reddit, X, YouTube, TikTok, Discord
- Comfort reading and acting on performance data — depositor counts, click-through rates, conversion by creator — without needing someone to interpret it for you
- Strong written communication skills — you can write a creator brief, a compliance note, and a recruiting pitch all in the same afternoon
- An existing network of sports creators or picks-focused influencers you can bring to the table immediately
