## About the role

Coordinate with livestream hosts and facilitators to confirm virtual logistics, schedules, and technical needs Support virtual livestreams by managing chat functions, sharing links, assisting speakers on video platforms, and helping run giveaways and promotions

## What they're looking for

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable following structured processes week over week
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially over email and with groups
