## About the role

Popl is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimize our digital demand generation engine, including paid search, AI search, SEO, email marketing, and website performance, while building the attribution systems and executive reporting these channels currently lack. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can run channels day-to-day, manage our digital advertising agency and channel contractors, and translate performance into clear, credible reporting for leadership.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 5-8+ years in digital marketing, ideally B2B SaaS
- Paid search & SEO expertise: Hands-on experience running paid search and SEO, including managing external agencies and holding them to performance standards
- AI search visibility: Demonstrated experience with AI SEO / AI search visibility tools (LLM citation tracking, AI Overview presence, answer-engine optimization)
- Reporting & analytics: Ability to independently build reports and dashboards in both HubSpot and Salesforce. Experience in this is absolutely necessary
- AI fluency: Experience building agent skills, routines, or automated workflows in tools like Claude or ChatGPT — using AI as working infrastructure for reporting, analysis, and content operations
- Executive communication: Proven ability to build and present executive-level reporting, translating channel data into business narrative
