## About the role

We’re looking for an IT Specialist (US) to join our growing team and support our US offices and global. As part of the IT organization, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth Technical Operations, supporting local and remote employees, and maintaining our hardware and infrastructure standards. This role will be the face of IT for our US employees - helping them onboard seamlessly, stay productive, and feel supported across all their technology needs.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, and endpoint management in tech companies
- Strong knowledge of macOS environments, device management tools (JumpCloud, Jamf, Intune, or similar), and identity systems (Jumpcloud, Okta, Google Workspace or similar)
- Experience supporting SaaS business applications such as Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, and Notion
- Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance-oriented environments
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Hungry to learn and grow with the ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
