- 7+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, including experience leading teams in a high-growth environment
- Deep experience owning sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and capacity planning across quotas, headcount, territories, coverage, and pipeline requirements
- A track record of improving conversion, deal velocity, seller productivity, and forecast accuracy through better systems, processes, and operating rhythms
