## About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help design, build, and scale Posh’s cloud infrastructure as our platform grows to support millions of users every month. You’ll work closely with product engineers, data, and security teams to ensure that our systems are reliable, performant, and easy to operate. This role combines hands-on DevOps expertise with a software engineering mindset — building automation, observability, and developer tooling that accelerates our entire organization. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure, DevOps, or Backend Engineer
- Extensive experience with Terraform and reusable infrastructure-as-code patterns
- Deep knowledge of AWS services (ECS/EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, Kafka, SNS/SQS, etc.) and infrastructure automation (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines , containerization (Docker/K8s), and orchestration systems (ECS, EKS, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in J avaScript or Python , and familiarity with scripting for automation
- Strong grasp of cloud security principles , identity and access management, and cost optimization
