You will design, ship, and scale reliable AI systems that interact with real clients, analyze complex financial data, generate insights, and integrate seamlessly into advisor workflows. Build production-ready AI agents that handle document parsing, portfolio automation, and client workflows.

## What they're looking for

- A builder with high agency who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and ships quickly
- Comfortable with modern AI/agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI
- Proficient with LLMs, agent orchestration, and browser automation frameworks such as Playwright
- Experienced in Python (our core backend language) and comfortable with React/TypeScript (our frontend stack)
