## About the role

As a Senior Financial Analyst, your focus will be on taking ownership of a number of key FP&A processes. As part of the FP&A team, you will ensure operational plans are aligned with financial goals and create transparency that allows us to make the right decisions. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in developing and maintaining reporting, analytics, and modeling that provides valuable insight into the company.

## What they're looking for

- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (equivalent work experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant FP&A experience, including financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting is required
- Specific technical or software skills required Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas and modeling techniques), experience with AI productivity tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot)
- Experience with AI productivity tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot required
- Examples leveraging AI productivity tools to automate, create, or enhance a process is preferred
