## What they're looking for

- Support the growth and marketing team across a wide range of projects, from campaign launches and partner programs to reporting and research
- Help onboard and support partners, creators, and affiliates, including managing assets, tracking links, briefs, timelines, and day-to-day communication
- Run growth and GTM experiments end to end: scoping the test, setting it up, tracking results, and sharing what you learned
- Support in-person marketing activations and events, from planning and logistics to on-the-ground execution and post-event recaps
- Keep projects organized and moving by managing trackers, deadlines, and follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks
- Pull and analyze data to help the team understand performance and make better decisions
