## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with a focus on healthcare technology, EHR/EMR, or software solutions serving physical therapy and outpatient rehab organizations
- Demonstrated experience selling software to or working directly with physical therapy or outpatient rehab practices is highly preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients at all levels
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
