## About the role

Prompt has built an industry-leading Business Development organization, and Chiropractic is one of our key growth markets. We are looking for a competitive, data-driven, highly motivated Chiropractic Business Development Team Lead to help lead and scale our Chiropractic BDR team.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of BDR, SDR, sales, or relevant business development experience
- Previous experience working within the chiropractic industry, chiropractic technology, healthcare SaaS, EMR, or a related healthcare market strongly preferred
- 6–12+ months of leadership, mentorship, Team Lead, or people management experience preferred
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding individual sales or business development goals
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, qualification, pipeline generation, and sales development fundamentals
- Possess a growth mindset and a desire to continually improve as both a salesperson and people leader
