## About the role

Our expectation of this role is that you become a major contributor in assisting our clients, often directly engaging with business owners, via our chat/email support channel for all things 837/835 related. This role demands the ability to work independently, leveraging creative solutions to meet our clients' unique needs Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our RCM/Clearinghouse capabilities to effectively respond to incoming customer inquiries across our single-channel support system

## What they're looking for

- Working knowledge of X12 message formats (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277)
- Detailed understanding of segments and looping/grouping structures
- Experience performing Healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment process from start to finish for Part A and/or Part B facilities
- Experience as EDI Analyst, troubleshooting clearinghouse/payer related rejections
- Clear and effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, capable of explaining complex EDI/ERA processes in an understandable manner during calls with business owners
- Demonstrated extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
