## About the role

Improve event pages, order entry, trading mechanics, and portfolio and position management so customers can understand markets and trade with confidence. Own the category roadmap, starting with commodities. Develop a deep understanding of each audience, improve market pages and category-specific experiences, and partner with markets and growth teams on launches.

- You can spot confusing interactions, simplify complex workflows, and partner with designers to turn a good idea into a great experience
- You can take an ambiguous problem, define what matters, set priorities, and personally drive the work through launch and iteration
- You understand how traders think about markets and positions, ideally with familiarity across commodities and macro, and can speak credibly about what these customers need
- You’re comfortable using data, customer research, and experiments to diagnose problems, make decisions, and measure whether a change worked
- You move quickly, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and care about the small details that determine whether a product works well
