## About the role

Own budget vs. actuals reporting, partnering directly with department leads to explain variances and keep them informed of their spend. Manage the full operating expense cycle: vendor bill payments (AP), the corporate card program, and employee travel & expense reimbursements.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally at a fast-growing software or tech startup
- Hands-on ownership of AP, corporate card programs, and/or T&E processes — not just a supporting role on someone else's
- Experience with modern finance tools like Ramp, Stripe, and Navan
- Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills, including building and maintaining budget vs. actuals models
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
