## What they're looking for

- Drive the implementation and continued evolution of enterprise analytical modeling standards, including domain boundaries, shared entities, dimensional design, and semantic layer architecture
- Create practical standards for model design, testing, documentation, lineage, observability, access, code review, and release management
- Guide the transition from one off marts and dashboard specific logic toward reusable, governed data products
- Collaborate closely with data team members by leading architecture reviews, guiding system design, and co-owning high-impact technical choices
- Lead cross domain design with Product, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, Clinical, Research, Growth/Marketing, and AI stakeholders
- Define how trusted measures and dimensions are exposed across Sigma, analytical workflows, and governed AI experiences
