## What they're looking for

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to shape quality from the ground up
- Analyze and evaluate business requirements with product managers and translate them into test strategies
- Create, execute, and maintain test documentation and test plans
- Create and execute manual and automated testing of web applications: exploratory, functional, acceptance, regression, and UI testing
- Test APIs and backend services (REST, GraphQL) for robustness and correctness
- Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, prioritized, and tracked
