## What they're looking for

- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to establish quality throughout the product development lifecycle
- Analyze business requirements, architecture, interfaces, integrations, and dependencies to develop comprehensive, risk-based test strategies
- Define and improve quality standards, testing practices, and processes across the team and partner teams
- Create and maintain test strategies, plans, cases, and supporting documentation
- Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications, including exploratory, functional, acceptance, regression, end-to-end, and UI testing
- Define and advance test automation standards and coverage, balancing product risk with reliability, maintainability, and execution speed
