## What they're looking for

- Create a scalable approach for preparing the organization for new products, workflows, capabilities, and process changes
- Conduct change-impact assessments across teams, workflows, policies, tools, training, and the patient experience
- Build rollout and adoption plans with Product, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Support, and other stakeholders
- Translate product and technical changes into clear guidance, training, documentation, communications, and readiness activities
- Partner with Product Managers and TPMs to embed operational readiness into launches and identify dependencies and adoption risks early
- Coordinate pilots, phased releases, Early Access Programs, and internal testing, with clear launch success criteria and adoption measures
