## What they're looking for

- 10+ years in product management, with a track record of driving growth in technical product lines that combine hardware and software, ideally deployed in the field at scale
- Direct experience shipping both hardware and software products, and comfort owning the full device plus platform experience rather than one layer of it
- Experience taking a new hardware product from 0 to 1, from early concept through launch and into market traction
- 4+ years leading and building product teams, setting strategy that shipped and moved the business
- Credibility with senior engineering leaders across embedded, firmware, and cloud domains, and the judgment to make trade-offs where field performance matters more than feature count
- The ability to lead without formal authority, bringing executives, engineering, and external partners to one roadmap despite competing priorities
