## About the role

We are seeking a founding Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in radio hardware and chip-down design to own the architecture, integration, development, and validation of sophisticated multi-radio systems for mission-critical connected hardware.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of electrical, radio hardware, or RF electronics design experience and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience with chip-down radio design or board-level integration of wireless transceivers/modems, rather than solely integrating pre-certified modules
- Strong experience with one or more relevant radio technologies, including LMR, LTE/cellular, broadband wireless, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, or similar wireless systems
- Experience designing and debugging RF-related circuitry, including transceivers, RF front ends, filtering, matching, switching, amplification, clocks, power delivery, and digital control interfaces
- Strong understanding of RF coexistence, interference, desense, isolation, harmonics, spurious emissions, grounding, shielding, and EMI/EMC in multi-radio products
- Experience integrating multiple radios into compact, highly integrated, battery-powered hardware
