## About the role

As a Senior Technical Project Manager , you'll lead the successful delivery of mission-critical cloud and IT deployments that power emergency communications for public safety agencies across the country. You'll oversee projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring implementations are delivered on time while coordinating technical and operational resources across Axon 911, our partners, and our customers.

## What they're looking for

- PMP or CAPM certified
- Have 5+ years of experience managing global technical projects, preferably within a B2B SaaS, IT, or cloud services company
- Are experienced in leading cross-functional teams through cloud or hybrid infrastructure implementations
- Possess strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking concepts, and cloud deployment models (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Have a proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical plans
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup culture and are confident interfacing with both technical and executive stakeholders
