## About the role

Our number one priority is scaling to market demand. We are looking for individuals who are high horsepower, high throughput, and extremely resourceful to help us increase capacity and grow. We move fast and need to move faster. The models will do most of the work; your job is to build everything that lets them: the data, harnesses and tools, and infra. This is a founding role with an unprecedented level of ownership and agency. You will pick problems, own them end to end, and ship to production.

## What they're looking for

- Full-stack development. Comfortability and deep expertise with using TypeScript across the stack: React, modern backend frameworks, and relational database
- Product. Shipped work that shows real taste when it comes to layout, hierarchy, and user experience
- Web automation. Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, or computer-use agents. Tell us about systems you've automated or hacked in the past
- LLMs in production. Hands-on with structured extraction, classification, and agentic workflows, a practical grasp of prompt design, structured outputs, retrieval, and fine-tuning
- Integration-heavy systems. Stitched together many external APIs and designed clean ones of your own
- Scripting - a bias toward scripting and automating your way out of repetitive work
