- Operationally curious. You read a business fast. You ask the right questions, map their workflows, and identify where the pain lives before a prospect has finished explaining it
- Technically grounded. You understand software and systems well enough to credibly handle CTO and COO conversations in the same day — without pretending to be an engineer
- A deal-team player. You operate in sync with AEs, product, and engineering. You share context freely, close loops fast, and never let a deal stall because of a coordination gap
- Biased toward doing. You don't wait for a perfect demo environment or a complete asset library. You build what the deal needs and figure out the rest
