As an AI Deployment Specialist, you are the person who makes Procore's AI real for customers. You partner directly with construction teams to deploy agentic solutions, architect custom builds against their workflows, and drive usage from first pilot through full value realization. You sit at the intersection of deep product knowledge, hands-on technical ability, and genuine construction domain fluency — translating an AI vision into systems that hold up on live projects.

## What they're looking for

- Deliver complex programs of agentic AI solutions from requirements through production, translating customer needs into working systems that perform in the field
- Lead AI deployments alongside construction project teams, driving adoption through technical depth, hands-on exception handling, sharp product positioning, and a deep understanding of construction workflows
- Lead business architecture reviews to strategize, scope, and deliver custom AI solutions mapped to each customer's operating model
- Build simple to moderately complex AI solutions yourself, drawing on hands-on technical ability and an expert, end-to-end command of the Procore product
- Lead strategic conversations with key decision-makers, helping them shape and realize their AI vision and scale it across their construction organization
- Travel to customer sites to lead workshops, hackathons, and executive reviews, communicating Procore's AI vision — both where it is today and where it's headed
