## About the role

Lead the global benefits strategy, setting the long-term roadmap for health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing programs across all global locations. Direct vendor, broker, and consultant relationships, overseeing RFPs, contract negotiations, renewals, and ongoing performance management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in global benefits, total rewards, or HR disciplines within a high-growth or public company environment
