## About the role

Lead opportunity assessments for new markets and segments, sizing the opportunity and making a clear, defensible recommendation on whether and how Procore should enter. Validate product-market fit for existing Procore Pay capabilities in new markets, defining the discovery plan, entry criteria, and evidence required before we commit resources.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of product management or equivalent experience, including ownership of a large or strategically important product area
- Demonstrated track record of new market or new product entry: taking a small, unproven idea and developing it into a funded, launched, revenue-generating initiative
- Expertise in opportunity assessment, market sizing, and product-market fit validation, with the judgment to recommend against an opportunity when the evidence doesn't support it
- Expert command of discovery techniques through customer interviews, market and competitive analysis, prototype testing, and the ability to synthesize findings into trends others can act on
- Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to pull and analyze data independently and combine it with qualitative insight to make high-leverage decisions quickly
